Our services

Care built around people, not processes

From long-term residential care to specialist disability support, short respite stays and trusted staffing for fellow providers — everything we do is shaped around dignity, safety and genuine warmth.

Long-term care

Residential Care

For older people who can no longer live safely at home, our residential care offers a genuine home — not a facility. Residents are supported around the clock by consistent, familiar teams who know their routines, preferences and stories.

What's included

  • 24-hour personal care, day and night
  • Private, personalised rooms residents make their own
  • Home-cooked meals, snacks and refreshments throughout the day
  • Medication management and coordination with GPs and pharmacies
  • Laundry, housekeeping and maintenance included
  • Daily activities, outings and one-to-one time

Care plans are written with the resident and their family, reviewed regularly, and adapted as needs change.

Specialist support

Disability Support

We provide person-centred residential support for adults with physical and learning disabilities. Our focus is always on ability, choice and independence — supporting each person to live a full, self-directed life at their own pace.

What's included

  • Individual support plans built around personal goals
  • Support with daily living, mobility and communication
  • Encouragement of independence, skills and community life
  • Accessible, comfortable living spaces
  • Positive behaviour support delivered with patience and respect
  • Close partnership with families, advocates and professionals

Every plan is co-produced with the person themselves — their voice leads, and we follow.

Short stays

Respite & Short Stays

Caring for someone you love is demanding. Our respite stays give family carers a genuine break — a holiday, a rest, or time to recover — while their loved one enjoys a safe, warm and sociable stay with us, from a few days to several weeks.

What's included

  • Planned and emergency short-stay placements
  • Full assessment before arrival, so care is right from day one
  • A comfortable, fully prepared private room
  • Meals, activities and companionship throughout the stay
  • Regular updates for family, whenever they want them
  • A gentle pathway into long-term care, if ever needed

Many families use a short stay as a gentle introduction — a way to try residential care with no commitment.

For care providers

Care Staffing & Placement

As a registered employment placement agency, we recruit, vet and train care professionals — for our own homes and for partner providers across London who need dependable, compassionate staff they can trust with their residents.

What's included

  • Rigorous vetting: enhanced DBS checks, references and right-to-work
  • Trained care assistants, senior carers and support workers
  • Temporary, permanent and emergency cover placements
  • Ongoing training, supervision and quality monitoring
  • Fast response for last-minute staffing gaps
  • A single accountable point of contact for every client

Because we run care services ourselves, we understand exactly what a good carer looks like — and we only place people we would trust in our own homes.

Trained, vetted, supported

Every member of our team is thoroughly checked, properly trained and genuinely supported — because well-cared-for carers give the best care.
