About us

A young company, built on old-fashioned standards of care.

Olympia Care Limited was incorporated on 14 August 2023 with a clear purpose — to provide residential care for older people and adults with disabilities that families would be proud to choose for their own loved ones.

Our story

Founded in London, focused on people

Olympia Care Limited is an independently run, London-based care provider. Since our incorporation on 14 August 2023, we have built the company the way we believe good care is built — slowly, carefully and around the people we serve.

From our registered office at Vine Court in East London, we operate across two connected areas of work: residential care homes for older people and adults with disabilities, and the recruitment and placement of dependable, well-trained care professionals.

What we do

Two services, one standard

Being both a care provider and a care-staffing specialist means we understand care from every side — the resident's, the family's and the carer's.

Residential care

Long-term, around-the-clock residential care for older people and person-centred support for adults with physical and learning disabilities — in homes that feel like homes.

Our services

Care staffing & placement

As a registered employment placement agency, we recruit, vet and place care professionals with our own homes and with partner providers across London.

Careers with us

Our values

The principles behind every decision

Dignity first

Every routine, meal and conversation is shaped around the person in front of us — never the other way round.

Safe and accountable

Clear care plans, robust safeguarding and open, honest communication with families at every step.

A real home

Familiar belongings, favourite meals and gardens to enjoy — comfort that feels normal, not institutional.

Our commitment

Accountable to the families who trust us

We hold ourselves to the regulatory standards expected of every care provider in England, and we go further — transparent care plans, named points of contact for families, and teams who are trained, vetted and supported to do the job properly.

As a growing company, we are proud that every decision we make is judged by the same simple question: would this be good enough for our own family?
