Care Assistant
Join our residential care team in East London, helping older people and adults with disabilities live with dignity, comfort and joy.

What you'll be doing
- Support residents with personal care, washing and dressing, always with dignity and respect
- Help with meals, hydration and snacks, encouraging good nutrition
- Assist with mobility and safe moving and handling
- Spend time talking, listening and joining in with activities and outings
- Support residents with medication as directed by senior staff
- Keep accurate, kind and honest daily care records
- Spot and report any changes in a resident's health or wellbeing
- Help keep bedrooms and shared spaces clean, safe and homely
What you'll need
- A kind, patient and reliable nature — this matters more than anything else
- Good spoken and written English
- The right to work in the UK
- A willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
- Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including some weekends
- Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full training is provided
Never worked in care before? If you've raised a family, looked after a relative, or simply care about people, you already have the most important qualification. We'll teach you the rest.
